Warranty

T-Gun by Thermapacks.com is covered by a limited 2 year warranty from your time of purchase. Warranty covers all manufacturers parts and systems only. Any malfunction due to customer’s negligence will not be covered (such as water damage, rough handling, etc) Must show original receipt to activate warranty, make exchanges, and/or receive replacement product/parts. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges/replacements. Replacement product will be free of charge.
